We are pleased to offer a modern villa with swimming pool under construction, situated in a peaceful location close to the historical Town of Trogir. Villa is built on a land that sizes 850 m2 and its total developed residential area of 160 m2 is distributed over two floors (ground floor and the first floor)
The ground floor comprises the entrance area, guest toilet, laundry room, bedroom with belonging bathroom and open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room area has the exit to terrace that has summer kitchen, swimming pool and sunbathing area.
The first floor consists of hall, wardrobe, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. All the bedrooms have the exit to balconies that offer a wonderful panoramic sea view.
